Promoting Female Excellence In Film Direction since 2018, 225 FILM CLUB

supports directors through introductions to producers and other seasoned industry

members, a dynamic Writers Group and our short film festival supported by the BFI.

 

​95% of the screening programme is selected from open submissions.

All submissions are viewed at least twice.

 

225 FILM CLUB is a member of BFI Film Audience Network and

the Association of Independent Film Festivals (AIFF)

"The Woman in The Wardrobe", was so incredibly special. Screening at the BFI

amongst so many other insanely talented Female directors was both encouraging

and deeply inspiring. The community that has been built past the event
